Do you have a physical store location?

What sizes do your paper lanterns come in?

Are the lanterns easy to assemble?
Each lantern comes with a collapsible wireframe for quick setup. They’re designed to be as easy to assemble as they are to admire—no tools required.
Can I use my own light bulbs with the lanterns?
Yes, our lanterns do not come with the power supply unit but the ones we have on our accesories store are compatible with E27 bulbs, which are widely available. Be sure to select the right wattage and style to suit your ambiance—warm lights are highly recommended.
Are the lanterns safe to use outdoors?
Our lanterns can be displayed outdoors, but we recommend placing them in covered areas to protect against weather. Weather will wear on them if left out in the open due to the delicate materials. For outdoor events, consider solar-powered lights for convenience and sustainability and the weather.
What lighting options do you recommend?
We offer several options, including single sockets for hanging individual lanterns and string lights for larger displays. While the lanterns look stunning on their own, we highly recommend adding light to bring out their full character.
Do you sell lantern stands or accessories?

How do I hang my paper lantern?

Can I use adhesive hooks instead of drilling?
Definitely! Adhesive hooks are great for smooth surfaces and lighter lanterns. Just be sure to clean and dry the area before application, and let the adhesive bond for 24 hours before adding weight.
How do I manage wires for multiple lanterns?
Use our wire management accessories to keep cords neat and hidden. Rope them along hooks or walls and leave some slack to prevent tension. For large setups, light string chains can simplify the process.
What height should I hang my lantern?
We recommend a minimum clearance of 7.5 ft for hanging lanterns, but feel free to adjust based on your decorative goals—higher for elegance, lower for intimacy.Care and Maintenance
How do I clean and store my lanterns?
Dust lightly with a soft cloth or feather duster. When traveling or general storage, collapse the lanterns into flat disks and store them in a dry, cool place.
Can I repair my lantern if it tears?
Small tears can be patched with thin, translucent paper and adhesive. We recommend Japanese rice paper for seamless repairs.
How do I protect outdoor lanterns from weather?
Avoid direct exposure to rain or moisture. Use transparent covers or bring them inside when not in use to preserve their quality.
